Vinted Resells Ltd (company number 16344052, 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA) is the controller of the personal data you give us on this site. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your first name, mobile number and email when you fill in the form.
• Where you came from: the ad or link you clicked (UTM tags) and the page you landed on.
• Basic device and browsing data through cookies and the Meta pixel, if you allow them.

Why we use it

• To call and text you about your spot and set you up. You asked us to when you ticked the box.
• To email you about the programme. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To measure which ads work, using Meta's pixel and Conversions API.

Who we share it with

Our CRM (Leadey), our hosting provider (Netlify), our video player (Panda Video) and Meta for ad measurement. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to us using it. Email support@vintedresells.com. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
